It's very WoW-like. Hell, Sith Juggernauts have an ability called Revenge that procs off of parries, deflections, and blocks - just like a similar warrior ability in World of Warcraft. That ability's name in WoW? Um... Revenge.
Familiarity is what Bioware's going for, and from the betas it looked like they did a decent job of fitting Star Wars into a WoW-like MMO paradigm. I'm not in love with the game, but I saw enough to make me want to try it out for a few months.
