Its a shame the survivors of Pearl Harbor group will disband this year

It is sad that the group is disbanding but only in the manner that they won't have a formal gathering every Dec 7th. There are just too few survivors left, soon they will be none. This is the way of all conflicts, none survive for ever. We should still remember their service and sacrifices.  :salute

I mourn their passing and wish them a joyous reunion with their Shipmates and Brothers in Arms.

I'm sure making the trek to Hawaii every year is hard on the old guys, too. That's a long flight.
