I picture it breaking while at an extreme angle and not being able to get out of it without getting some bruises. Looks fun though.

If it is a closed system, what happens when the pot on the stick goes bad and the stick has some floating at the center? It shakes your fillings loose until you turn it off?

I was to Boeing's Air Museum in Seattle a few years ago and they had such a device that seated 2 people, enclosed in a small car size environment, no windows. and it even went upside down.  I have no idea what it cost but it was some system of hydraulics.
