lol here is two things. one i do stuff to get my monney then give it to my parents for them to buy me things with the money i gave them (only if it must be on credit card or what not) other than that i buy almost everything i need. i cut about 15 lawns a week make somegood money doing that. i already had comcast, i switched to AT&T so far no lag.

Spell check is your friend.
and you really want to pay for a different internet than your parents when you could have theirs for free?

Highly commendable!
Hold onto that work ethos and I predict you will have a bright and successful future!
Good luck with the internet connection.

Olds, I have AT&T and not by choice. I moved to a new area approximately eight months ago. In my old neighborhood I had five different ISP's to choose from and was very pleased with the one I settled with. However, with the move AT&T was the only known name provider in the area as my town borders on the "sticks". It was them or a Sat connection and we all know how unreliable they are for gaming. I must say, that to date I have had no issues with my AT&T connection, surprising as it is.

Cable internet is generally faster than DSL but either should be adequate.
I want to buy internet from these guys now though.
