Title: Can not connect to game manager

I try to get to online play and get a message can not connect to game manager. Does anyone know why this is?

happening to alot of ppl its Some kind of issue they should have it fixed not sure when though.  :pray

I had it happen when I'd just ended a sortie.  I was moved back to tower but I still showed the "End Sortie" option on my clipboard and couldn't do anything about it.  I finally found a legit use for Alt-F4. 

I tried a reboot and now getting "Unable to Connect to Game Manager" when selecting the Online Arenas option.

Im with ya'll.  I popped out to reboot, and now, going thu withdrawls...... :x

Apparently, by looking at previous chats, this happened yesterday for some users as well.

 well  by the looks of it im not the only one not being able to connect... :furious... hope they get it fixed...with drawals going on...

Oh thanks goodness It's not just me alone. I was trying v=everything I could think of to get the Game Manager to work. Apparently somethings wrong with HTC... Okay I will wait until tomorrow and try again. Kill you later... or I'll be killed by you. Either way, loads of relaxing fun. <S> B-LoK! or "BeeLowK"

was online earlier today NP now i get "cannot connect to game manager" What the he double hockey sticks is this?

This issue probably will not be fixed until Monday sometime, Texas time; unless some guys have direct access to the main gurus home phone numbers.

I thought this may be an issue with the Friday night squad ops, but it was an issue all morning, still.

I'll work on another game or play with my PCs innards re: "MaximumPC" magazine articles.

Any tornado outbreaks where the servers are kept?  Power failures?  Or national disaster messing up the network?

That was so funny, I laughed so hard, triggered an asthma attack---LOL---thanksalot.

Those hitech guys need time off, too.  I always hated working weekends or on call callup.

I bought a neat little robotic kit from Radio Shack called Basic Stamp.  Maybe somebody needs to make these guys some server robots to maintain the servers when nobody is home.

 i got this. Its not hitech at all its the government they have used the kill switch on the servers there were to much virtual bullying going on in the  :airplane: world. Im just saying

what do we need that it takes so long? Cant we bang a restore of this server on something?

I wonder if these servers can be run in a vm?. I figure this game has been around long enough, and vms should be powerfull enough at this point to run a servers like this..
