18 months worth of earthquakes, enough to drive someone bat**** insane, espeically just before Xmas.

It's pretty insane. No lives lost, few light injuries, some of the damaged buildings got finished off.

But emotionally I think they are drained down there.

Geologists are saying they're living on a 1 in 1000 year event, a new fault line forming, and they have no idea when it will stop. Some people are saying it's time to abandon the city and rebuild it entirely elsewhere - away from the new fault.
