Even funnier would be to give a Cubs fan a replica World Series trophy, because that's the closest they'll ever get to one. :D

Or better yet, a display with replicas of all 11 trophies won by the Cards. ;)

there are 2 things less exciting than baseball.
 
 golf....but it's pretty darned close.
 watching the weeds grow in the cracks of the sidewalk. this may be slightly more entertaining though.

Funnier still is when your cousin shows up with his new son to a family event (half of whom are Yankees fans) with the lad wearing a Redsox onesey. Kids grampa almost had the big one right there.

I am ceasing my 7+ years of Detroit Tigers Season Tickets this year and venturing to another Sport.    My son is 10 and will now have some fun things to on Sundays in the Fall with the Lions, starting next season.  

I can hang my hat up knowing I didn't hop on either of the Tigers or Lions bandwagons.   I always rooted for em and still will.
