Why not add or change some of the factories in the current strats to Aircraft Factories for the lowest ENY aircraft say 5 to 10 Eny models. Get the factories below 50% and Aircraft in that eny range are disabled for that country until strats come back up. Might eliminate some of the complaining about side balancing if the country with high eny has an opportunity to even the odds with a little team work. Just and idea.

That would work exactly opposite to ENY restrictions. The team with numbers would be able to block the low numbered team from having access to their equalizing aircraft.

If you have an eny over 10 it wouldn't matter if your strats were hit and if the opposing hoarde wanted to hit your strat prior to their missions you would have plenty of opportunity to kill em before they get there. Just an idea. :salute
