Lions got hipped...

If GB and NO play each other the NFL has a problem. Do you or don't you blow the whistle after a fumble.....

It would be my guess that GB and NO play for the NFC Championship. With GB winning of course :devil
GO PACK GO!

GO PACK GO!
That would be an issue for the two of us. We like both teams so it would be hard to cheer for one and not the other. :O :D

Yea I'll take the bling over some middle school photoshop projects with bad grammar.

I would very much enjoy watching San Francisco knock New Orleans out of the post season.
-
Saturday will be here soon enough. Should be a good game either way it goes. :salute
-
New Orleans looks very strong and I have to say that while San Francisco's defense is very strong, their offense is pretty weak.
-
some TV analysts (no names) keep saying the Saints are going to have problems with games that are outside, but they do have an outdoor practice field at their training facility. as I said before should be a good game.

If you are pinning the Lions loss to that part of the game, it is really reaching Karaya. Looking at the replay from every conceivable angle is still confusing as to whether there was forward motion or not. I feel that there was forward motion, especially considering the amount of forward momentum on that ball when it was knocked from Brees hand. From my eyes (and I am not a NO fan), their were far worse calls against the Saints with on call that gave the Lions 7 points even though a knee hit the ground before the ball touched a pylon.
The bottom line for the Lions is that they only played half a game at the level they needed to to win the game. After the half, they were a different team.

I am not pinning or reaching on anything. The Lions have turned the corner and will only improve in the years to come.
The officiating all season (not just Lions games) has been deplorable. The consistency needs to be brought back.

No you don't. They're French you couldn't get any less cool. :lol
You've got a great football team but they should have chitcanned those logos after their first season.

so, who else's bets got tebowed? :( :( :cry

I'd enjoy seeing anyone knock the broncos out of the playoffs simply so I can quit hearing the talk about how Teblow is good.

Yeah, I was hoping the Steelers would win it.

Hey now. He built some straw huts in Nairobi, Kenya so that automatically makes him a better football player.
-
The Saints were never forced to punt. That was the Lions downfall. Force two punts and the Lions probably win. They just couldn't do it, not even once.
The Lions should be drafting LBs and Strong Safeties in my opinion. Improve those positions and if our RBs get and stay healthy, the Lions are capable of getting a first round bye next year, or at least pushing the Packers a lot harder for it than this year. All the other pieces are in place.
-
all this talk of tebow can't pass;

3:16 yards, more passing yards than big ben (who was faking it, or the severity.)
at least during times when he was running out of the pocket.
as far as i know adrenalin doesnt give you that kind of instant on/off pain relief. :uhoh :D :D

He definitely was the better quarterback today. ;)
ack-ack
-
I don't get it. Why do the Saints spell like 3rd graders?
-
NINERS "D" will put a hurtin' on Brees he'll never forget and Sproles will be torn in half. Should be a GREAT game.

Im a bit worried about the 49ers game.
I think the 9ers are the only team that can stop the Saints O. Reason I say that is how well they stunt and run delayed blitzes. What Brees does so well is to step into the passing lane that opens up by the OL. If the 9ers can delay their blitzes or stunt into these gaps that open up in the pocket it will prevent Brees from stepping up and forcing him to rush his throws. The way the Saints OL blocks it drives the ends deep which makes it hard for him to scramble out of the pocket. They always rely on his ability to shuffle and step up. Take that away from Brees and his accuracy will go down as he will start to rush his throws.
I think that will be the key to that game.
Its definatly gonna be a different game from last week.
