Well... Considering the large number of those type commercials that air these days, I'm thinking somebody must respond to them. There's an entire industry in the lawyer community, finding a large corp to sue for something then advertising nationally. Then anyone who responds gets referred to a second party attorney in their area. The law suit happens, the corporation settles because it's actually cheaper to settle most of the time. All of the lawyers get a cut... The client gets a few dollars...
Tort reform is badly needed... /rant off

I found it ironic (or maybe more appropriately moronic) they were advertising to dead people. I'd have thought marketing 101 would have taught; don't advertise to dead people. :rofl
Yep, these are the geniuses I want handling my lawsuit. :lol
