Once I log on go arena CPU locks up any ideas ?
-
Yes, please be more specific. CPU lockup, what exactly do you mean? Does the whole system freeze and need a hard boot? Does it only close game and throw you to desktop? Does it freeze for an amount of time and then unfreeze? The more accurate you are and the more information you give us helps figure out the problem.
We will need computer information also, please post the top 1/3rd of your DxDioag report.

Hope this is what you need.As I said before when go to arena the game locks up and I to unlocked using task manager ? Thanks
-
That video card only has 256MB of video RAM. You need to make sure you disable any anti-aliasing, set the games "Maximum Texture Size" to 256 and in the games "Options->Graphic Details->Advanced" panel, only check the "Detailed Water" option.
See what that does for you.
-
Just applied 256 textures and disabled ailising hit ok and CPU just sit there and time out with close screen window?Locked up again.
-
Well, I dug up the specs for that video card and it may not be able to run the game. You might try to see if there is an updated video driver for it.
-
Ok let my see what I find thanks a lot.
-
Well updated the drivers on the video card and now we are online,Thanks Skuzzy you da man !
