ok so someone has brought up a past event that happen 7 years ago.
something i did that was bad.
i am sure those that where there remember this event.
now this said person did it to start drama within a sectret club. now i am not going to mention what club.
however this got me annoyed. even a little pissed. this crap happened 7 years ago, why bring this crap back up.
i was told i dont have a right to be pissed or annoyed.
i was told that person that has the right to kick me out of club has his/hers doubts that i would have changed.
i was also told i fly like a :banana: wtf does that mean? considering i have no fighter sorties last tour or this tour and plus the fact i have less than 10 hours logged in the past three tours plus the fact this person has not been on the game i a while who the heck are you to judge someone? are you GOD?
sorry i am a little pissed just needed to vent. i will not mention names cause that will be breaking the rules.
i would like everyones thoughts tho :salute

Let it go. You have some 12 year old mad at you and all he can do is try to drag you through the mud. Let it go, you did your time. Don't give the swerve the satisfaction.
As for the club, I think it was handled poorly. It should have been handled privately. Bring it out in the public does nothing but fuel the 12 year olds party.

Looks like a lesson learned. No idea what you did but folks need to take into consideration the blowback from doing bad deeds.
If it is something you did in the past then it is something you did. No changing that. All you can do now is say "yes I did that and will never do it again".
Then keep your nose clean.
Some will never trust you again and some will.

well if my guess is correct it would have been handled in the forum of that club because that club is intended to be a "no secrets and everyone shares in the decision making process" type of environment. it wouldn't matter who the individual was it would have been put before the group as a whole to decide what they wanted to believe. this also gave you the opportunity to air your side of the issue.

some very well some very poorly, but everyone had a chance to talk.
IIRC you were deemed to have paid your personal penance and that you would be allowed to remain in the organization because enough people believed in your personal redemption. i think that that vote of confidence in you as A person from your peers should be enough to smooth any ruffled feathers.
now is the time to let it go. bringing it up again in this forum does nobody any good. let it go, put it behind you and play to have fun, that is why we are all here to begin with right?

I got fired for showing up out of uniform... then they stole my Riding Lawn Mower (can't join the car club either). I didn't even work there!
