				This is not to adjust perk cost, but to affect perks gained.
 
 What would be the pros and cons if -->Slightly<-- more perks were to be had if a pilot upped from a base further away from the frontline (i.e. adjacent base)

				Maybe based on how long the engine is running while in the air?

				ACtually, never mind taht. Then you'd get guys upping with 100% fuel, and hovering around a friendly base for 3 hours.

 perks should be gained for killing/blowing up stuff.  not because you flew around for hours.  otherwise I would just up a long range plane with full fuel climb to 20k set it at cruise speed and go to work.  easiest perks to get.

				I agree... they need to cut down on perks. It is too easy to get perks.
