Where would I find the recycle bin in Windows 7? I've been cleaning out folders and it keeps telling me they are being put in the recycle bin but I can't find it so I can delete them permanently out of it. :bhead

Control Panel
Appearance and Personalization
Change the theme
Change the desktop icons
tick the check boxes you want
