but you cant direct the missles you only have 2 options should have 20 degrees also which is impossible in the back of a troop carrier

How about some Truck Mounted Russian Katyushas ??? 11lb warhead, Range of around 3 miles (5K). You could put 18 -24 on a light truck or 8 on a jeep.

Well, do a taste test ... set off 11 lb of smokeless in your living room and see what's left ... 10.8 lbs is the warhead for the B-13 Katayusha that was used from 1941 - 45 by the russians ... usually MASS LAUNCHED in volleys of 250 rockets - several thousand ... Mounted on lend lease trucks (Ford, Chevy, Studebaker) that could vacate the area immediately after firing ... The complete Rocket was nearly 100 lbs, hardware and solid propellant are HEAVY TOO.
;)

and our 3.5in and german (nerfed) rockets still meet need with more lb. and boom power. so really why.....i think german half track rocket should be un-nerfed and them life would be better. i know they upgraded its power within last 2 yrs but its still lame. i had direct hit on a t85 sprite and all and didnt kill it. that sucker have 250lb of torpex i believe....so i call shenanigans

stalins organ pipes that would be brill what a town killer wish i thought of that one :aok

The 3.5 had a 20lb warhead, but it only had around 1/2 mile range ... a trade off... The German 28cm rocket was potent, but had a max range of a little over a mile... and it weighted close to 200 lbs... The warhead was almost 100 lbs, but it was low yeild, not torpex and NOT Armor Piercing ... and there was an incendeary version that had 13 Gal of High Grade Fuel in it. Everyone had more potent rockets than the B-13, But it was probably the MOST feared weapon in the russian arsenal ... and was very easy to handle and simple to use. An area pulverized by a Katyusha Barrage looked something like the darkside of the moon.
:O

It would be FUN, but I kind of doubt it will be added (anytime in the forseeable future). I think HT would favor the concept but probably not until there is a more dynamic infantry involvement ... The Katayusha was also feared because it usually signaled a MASSIVE soviet troop assault following it. For NOW check out the rockets on top of the Sherman 75.

have you got a link for that , i can only find the t34 attachment which looks pretty cool as the t34 is almost impervious to ack from the town

I was refering to the M4A3-75 Tank in the game ... It has an option for a rocket rack on top. Town ACK isn't very dangerous to most tanks, it's inaccurate unless you're very close and generally requires a LOT of hits to hurt you ... + it's a 1-shot kill. IT WILL knock your rockets off tho.

but very mobile though ,ground to ground rockets are def what this game needs to spice it up :salute
