I don't believe this is conspiracy, we have this problem here in town, last year in July we were walking in park along the Detroit River, i've seen a 30-40 lbs heavy cast iron sewer lid bouncing,noisy for no reason for about 8-10 min. There were many peoples around and we called police, we were thinking somebody is inside pushing the lid, but they didn't find anything. Many people in town are complaining about this noise,vibrations; Environment Canada installed seismographs,but they don't know what's going on .

Hey I learned about that on the internet too!

The heating the atmosphere/manipulating weather theory seems legit.. but what do I know?
