Title: thursday night Tank fight

Thursday night January 26, 2012 starting at 9PM EST there will be a tank fight at between bases v10 and 27. choose your side and kill the town and the red guys. bring your friends and have fun. planes will be active so bring guys that know how to use a wirblewind. all experience levels welcome. above all have a good time!!

the idea behind this setup is to demo the town and kill the bad guys and take the base! take no prisoners! get as many people as you can put together and lets have some fun! If you know tank guys in the MA's tell them to come in and check it out. ill try to keep the bombing planes at bay, but i cant guarantee anything.

disable ord  :-)  make them spotters only.  Or turn off enemy icons for this one so the tanks dont stand out like a sore thumb

disable ord and the allies still have antitank ability in the IL2, but the axis are screwed. just sayin, you might want to go further than just disabling ord if you go that route.

Yes Il2 will be available unless its bases are captured.

The objective of this set up is side with most bases at the end of the week wins. If ords are disabled it will limit the ability to capture territory interfearing with the ongoing war on the rest of the terrain.
Its a battle .. Cover your tanks with flack and or air cover.. :aok
The towns are on either side of the bridgehead.. This is a crucial point in the battle . May the best side win...  :salute

Great fun in the AVA last night. if you missed the tank fight, you missed a good time. at one point we had 27 players in there. thanks to everyone that came in.
