seriously though megaupload had the mo st toughest rules for uploading

That is why you need to use a website based offshore. Oh and not host one as a US citizen.

This, none of the servers were in the united states,  except the US wants to extradite all three back to the USA to face charges of fraud and copyright infringement.

I heard a gun in the UK was arrested and sent to the US to serve 7 years for linking copyrighten material on his site and getting money for it
