Everytime i click online arenas it says unable to connect to game manager
-
Are you running a software firewall? If so, you will probably have to allow the game back through it.
-
Did that same problem
-
The fact that you did it tells me you do have a software firewall and this is your problem.
Go in and manually remove Aces High from the approved list. Then reboot and add it back in again.
Are you running behind a router? If so then most likely you don't even need a software firewall...
-
Same thing and dk if it matters but says the same thing if i click account admin it worked fine before update after no go
-
After the update your firewall triggered and is not allowing the game back through again.
What firewall are you running?

Ugh prob has to do with norton then dk whats with it but wont open and cant access its firewall and will not uninstall from my comp just started a few days ago.

Norton is notorious for getting its database corrupted. The only way I know how to get around that is to remove Norton and re-install it.
If your computer has gotten so messed up that you cannot remove Norton, then you should bite the bullet and re-install the operating system. Just leave Norton off of it.
Most viruses do not do as much damage as Norton does to your computer.

I tried that removal tool and it doesnt work cant get to the webpage to download it can anyone tell me how to reboot my comp?
-
Sounds like you need to do a repair installation of the operating system, but that is completely up to you. You will lose your applications, but if your computer has been infected with a virus, then all that will do is give the virus another place to start.
-
Would re starting the computer in safe mode with internet access help you to download the norton removal tool? :headscratch:
Google your computer model number for the setup key to press during the start up. I always forget which one my computer uses. Sometimes might even be a combination of keys.
I hope you get it straightened out Limbo0. :salute
