You could vote comments good or bad, and if too many bad they would get banned for a period of time. Don't know from the operating side pros or cons but...we would see some rather 'masters of the holy crap' banned pretty quickly.

Sadly people can troll the boards with extremely stupid wishes, however one bad comment and you can get muted instead.

Simply ignore.
