Title: Strafe the Map Room

Not sure where to ask this question but here goes:
"Strafe the map room" I understand the logic - to kill anyone hiding inside - however keep in mind my hair is grey and I have slept since (I believe  :noid) I read that: "Strafing the map room does not kill anything inside it " and with that said an"enemy pilot in the maproom would stay for 15 minutes" - unless of course he towered.
So does strafing the map room kill any enemy inside ?
How long can an enemy stay in the map room ?

I believe that a bailed enemy pilot can stay in the map room indefinitely. I also believe that straffing the map room WILL kill anyone hiding in there. I have never seen nor heard of anyone surviving a straffing pass in there. I may be wrong tho.

^ This although you can survive a straffing pass if you're incredibly lucky.

I thought with the newer deeper map rooms it sometimes takes a bomb to get them. yes/no?

If they hide out in the back room, sometimes a little more boom is warranted.   :D
