Title: Some updates for Febs FSO

Top Gun has been upped to 11-15 pilots.

49th FG has been reactiviated in FSO and will be flying AXIS. Please include them on Frame Orders FREEBIRDS.

The 68th Lightning Lancers will now be Allied CIC for Frame 3 and Duxford Wing RAF will be Allied CIC for Frame 2.

Ooooh!  68's.  Hehehe.  Our radiation experiments inside the secret volcano will definetely come into play now.  Operation Gojira will be a go.   :D
