Title: Unable to complete Update
Post by: Seadog36 on February 02, 2012, 01:19:10 PM: Tried 3x~ 75 min to upload update, when it completes it closes out of AH. When I reopen AH it requests a new complete 75 min update. :headscratch:

Whats going on?

Post by: Skuzzy on February 02, 2012, 01:48:02 PM: Are you manually downloading the patch(s) or are you allowing the game to do it for you? If you do it manually, you have to execute the file after it is downloaded to your computer.

What version of the game are you running (upper left corner of the startup screen)?

It is version 2.26 Patch 3. It prompts me to update on startup. When it completes I cannot find it to execute it.

I am running Vista and have never experienced this on previous updates.

Post by: Skuzzy on February 02, 2012, 02:03:09 PM: If the download is successful, the patch installation will start automatically, unless you have the game installed in the "Program Files" folder on drive C.

You can always manually download the patch and install it.

Tried Update via AHII Website ... first time failed.
