Title: Dumb question of the week

I know that in order to post a picture you must sign up with a service, download it there then submit that link to these boards? What is the best, least cumbersome website to use? I spent several hours at the Planes of Fame Museum in Chino, California today. There are some mediocre pictures of some great birds that many may enjoy.
