Title: Custom Arena Addition

Would it be possible to turn on The Claw in custom arenas?  It might be a fun, and lead to some interesting maps/setups for custom arenas.

Offline as well.

There is no reason not to enable it. If HTC invested time in making it then let everyone use it offline/custom arenas. We can have a dot command to make it appear in the hangar just like the RV-8.
