Title: User ID acknowledgement for base capture and CV sunk

On channel 200 when a Base is captured I propose adding the user's ID of whose troop or troops took it and for a CV sunk adding the message Country ID CV # and user's ID. Example: Knight CV 98 Sunk by Ftroop  :bolt:

Want to get acknowledgement you captured a base? check your score under "Captures".

As for a CV sunk there's a message that says "Ship Destroyed" just take a SS and post it on the BBS under "who cares?"

The only reason people ask for stuff like this is because they want to look good. cause they can't get kills.  :D
