I played AH wayyyy back in the day. I'm back recently and having a slight misunderstanding.
When you're in a PT-Boat how exactly do you switch to the rockets?
Now before you place your palm directly up against your forehead... I'm not the only one who couldn't figure it out last night. Everyone said, "Hit Backspace till you see it selected" :bhead
Where? From which position on the boat? In the driver seat there was no display that rotated like on a bomber/goon to let you know which weapon you had selected.
Do you need to be in a specific seat on the boat or am I missing something completely?
I couldn't find that display and never did figure it out and fire a rocket. I had no problem switching between different bomb loads afterwards in an airplane.
So, help a not-so-newbie newb out if you don't mind :pray

You have to open the rocket tubes. Hit the "o" key ("o" for "o"pen) and you'll see the rocket tubes rotate to the front.
Switch to view #7 on top of keyboard to fire rockets. Trigger fires rockets. Moving your stick up and down will change elevation of rocket tubes.
If your controller is set up properly, you can drive and steer with rudder to aim rockets. They fire straight forward.

Quite a few things have changed with the vehicles, but as Rolex stated the PT boat rockets still work the same. I have been playing for almost a decade and still :headscratch: have to fiddle around to get my PT moving.
