How bout an arena that is only for "testing" wishlist ideas, no scores, no kills, kinda like the TA but for testing new ideas, storch pick ups, new equpment etc...oh and throw some 88s practice ranges in there ...Maybe test great and dumb ideas. We need to give the money collectors something to do any way beside settling the arguments on the wishlists

it would take HTC a while to even build a single feature (plane, gv, ack.. whatever). So if it did happen they would just add it into the game. it would take too much effort to build a bunch of features really fast and throw im in a testing arena. its easier for them to build it 1 at a time and slowly add to the game.

The "money collectors" are constantly working on things that actually go into the game. If you're thinking Skuzzy, he isn't involved in the development of the game, he does tech stuff, and part of that responsibility is monitoring the forums (I think that's one of his jobs). Some of the others will post on here occasionally, but I don't think it's enough to completely halt work at HTC.
So, as Selino said, they are plenty busy as it is.

The custom arenas are a way to be able to test some ideas. Other arenas like FSO (Special Events) and the Axis versus Allies Arenas put a great deal of effort in to bringing alternative objectives to HTCs customers. Yet, only the Main Arenas are given front page announcements for top scores.
Maybe that is a little harsh to put in that terms, as HTC developed and supports the structure that these other arenas are able to perform. I would like to see them acknowledge some of the well known players that put in hours of their time to bring about events that are hugely popular and help promote this fun community.
As for money collectors, I haven't had anyone knocking down my door or calling me at work for a late payment yet. I think you had a bad choice of words, and are a bit misinformed about how well the organization pays attention to its customers' wishes. The decision for where resources for development goes, is in the best hands, the guy who developed and patented his vision for the game that we love (to hate sometimes).
