Have not been to see a movie in a long time but would like to see this one . Anyone else ?
-
I plan on going to it. Should be interesting to see how actual SEAL's perform in the movie. I do find it a little strange that active duty personel agreed to be filmed, they dont normally do that in the SF community.

I would like to see it.
-
At least with this film, the actors will be more believeable.
-
I'm going to go see it on Friday with a couple friends!
-
I would love TO see it. Why do you ask are you paying? ;)
-
Thinking about it.

If you haven't seen it yet you should check out the Battle for Haditha.

The film was shot in Jordan, with Iraqi refugees and US military personnel as actors and extras.

I'm betting on it, since the director allowed the SEAL Team to work out the details in various scenes, to the effect of "This is how we would really do it."
They also used live ammo in many of the scenes.

That's a great movie. I've watched it twice already.

It's not exactly "Team America", but it is honest and doesn't judge either side.

A good article on it:

I thought it was pretty good. It's hollywood of course and the ending was kind of predictable, some of the scripting could have been a bit better, but all around worth the money to go see it for me.
-
It's on our list of movies to see.
-
I'm interested enough to see it. And I usually hate action movies.
Not because I don't like action but because I will walk out of a movie when I see someone who should know better shooting a rifle from their hip, especially if they manage to hit what they're shooting at.
I'd rather waste my time watching something like this, which I find just as believable.

Saw it on Saturday. Absolutely loved the movie. First movie I've actually gone to a theatre to seein over a decade.
The dialogue would probably seem cliche'd and wooden to people who have never had to watch a loved one walk out the door to go to war.
The emotion of that moment was there. It wasn't in the words, it was in their faces.
The action was fantastic. It looked and felt real.
The ending had me, and a good number of the audience in tears.
