Not I. I don't know how anything good can come from a movie like this. Just puts it into kids heads that they will be cool if they throw a party that is bat-#### crazy.

And adults wonder why some kids wind up so warped. Every year Hollywood has put out movies that try to push the envelope further and be more morally corrupting than the predecessor. Growing up I always looked up to the grades above us because they were older and by default "cooler". High school kids imitate college folks, junior high imitates high school, middle school imitates junior high... Now you've got 7th graders wanting to do this mess.

Oh please, the world managed to survive Animal House and Kid and Plays House Party, I'm sure we'll be able to weather the storm that is Project X.  Kids want to have parties so they can feel the freedom of no parental supervision and get lubed up and try and get their pinky stinky, not because they saw it on some movie.

Besides only morons try to copy what they see in movies, now If you'll excuse me I have to go back down to the basement and get back to work on my Ironman suit.

^ This.  Of course, there will be some media coverage here and there about house parties that got out of control 'just like the movie!' with the usual media bottomfeeders doing their thing.  Everybody knows house parties didn't ever get out of control before this movie came out.

Honestly, if a movie makes kids act like this, the parents have failed at parenting.

The "adults that wonder why some kids grow up so warped" are exactly the kind of parents that are the cause of the problem.

My kids wanted cell phones.  They got them and they also have a GPS in them and they were aware of this from day one.  I always know where they are.  Sure it can be turned off.  My teenage daughter tried it once.  I immediately went to where she was at last with her most recent deposit to the laundry hamper in one hand and a 30' tracking leash with one of my Schutzhund Shepherds attached to it in the other hand.

She has seen me train dogs since the day she was born, but I guess had never really believed me when I informed her that I could find her just about anywhere she went.

Yes, I'm serious and no, it didn't take long at all.

If there are two things that irritate me more than anyting in life it is parents/dog handlers that have no control over their their children/dogs.  They claim "Oh, he's just a bad kid/dog, I don't know what to do.  It is just the way he is, I guess"

Wrong.  Kids and dogs only know what they are trained.  They don't come out of the box "knowing" anything.  If your kid/dog exhibits inappropriate behavior then YOU have failed as a parent/handler.  This is true 99% of the time and should be an indication that one should seriously reevaluate whether or not they are doing their job correctly.

If you instill proper values and confidence in children, early in life and reinforce these concepts as they grow and mature, the decisions that they make when the parent is not around will not be easily swayed by external stimuli, pop culture or peer pressure.

 :rofl

The problem is, there are very few parents out there, and a LOT of people who are just living with their offspring.

I've always been a believer that before people should be allowed to have kids, they should have to train a dog up to utility level.
