Title: Text expand key not working

When I hit "`" the text box does not expand or scroll. I checked the key to make sure it is mapped and it is. Not sure what is going on.

Getback

hit the key as if you are gonna expand the text, then move your mouse close to the edge and when you get the double arrow right click then expand to desired width and length, then hit the expand key again to minimize the text buffer.

The "~" (tilde) key has been remapped by a couple of computer manufacturers on laptops and some manufacturers bind it to another application they ship.

Use the "Fix Key" button, when any key appears not to be working in the game (Options->Controls->Map Key).
