Title: Potential Disaster. (need help from a computer guru)

I was doing some touch-up work on my two 109 skins Saturday. When I was done I saved through the file menu, then closed the file by clicking the red "x". I got a pop-up box saying that the file was not saved, "are you sure you want to exit without saving?" I clicked "save" on the pop-up, then exited. This occurred with both skin files I was editing. Today, I wanted to continue my work but  the files would not open.

Is there anything I can do to find a previous version from before Saturday and not lose all the work I put into these skins?
