Title: Tank tracers

2.27 patch 3's release notes state that tank MG tracers are now visible.  

However, after installing the patch, I do not see tracers from my GV machine guns, in particular from the AA MG of an M3.  I had flight preferences set to "No Tracers" at the time, as usual.

I think before even if you had tracers on, the nme couldn't see them.

Well, previously you could see tracers from enemy AA vehicles, such as wirbles.  So, I assume that previously, tracer visibilty followed the "No Tracers" preference setting.  It certainly did from a users perspective, and for wirbles (above) from an enemy's perspective.  So I'm not sure what changed here.
