Although I am not Jewish, everyone else in the office is and as such I get to enjoy the flavors of the holidays.
Since these were floating around the office for the past two days and I have been eating my fill, I figured I'd toss a few your way :)

its called a Hamen tashen i believe. we'd bake them every year during my youth at hebew school. jewish holidays always means good nosh and vodka to follow. :banana:

They are supposed to represent King Haman's 3-cornered hat.
The colors are arbitrary.

I gre up in a Jewish neighborhood and had many Jewish friends. I dont remember ever seeing a Mom of one of my friends who couldnt cook great. I still miss Lox and Bagels like we used to get back in those days. My best friends Dad owned a Jewish bakery. :D
