We don't not accept casual walk ons in FSO.
If you want to roll with a squad you are supposed to be making prior arrangements. Do not be surprised if the setup CM grounds you if you walk on and the same can be said for a player that you allow in your squad after they canvas on country for a slot openly.
If you are a squad CO. Say no to walk ons. I will be reminding the CM staff to keep an eye out as well. This is an ongoing issue but from time to time we need reminding.
This does not mean that you can't have a guest fly with you but they are supposed to contact your before the frame. There should be no need to be on CH2 asking "hey I want to fly a <plane> tonight who can I fly with?" if you have made the arrangements.
Under no circumstances do you go over your limit of +2 wether prior arrangements were made or not. That should be obvious. COs, you know your own size assignments; 4-6, 11-15, ect.
