If your driving your late model canoe down the road and a wheel
falls off, how many pancakes will it take to fix that hole in the dog house? :headscratch:

Ooo, ooo, I know! I know what this riddle is about! It's...
Wait, what?

Ihop or wafflehouse pancakes? this stuff matters.
-
after a few seconds of careful deliberation ( it hurt to do it) ive come to the conclusion a short stack for either ihop or waffle house would solve the problem

42...
This, of course, is the answer. Well done Banshee, you clearly get it. Apparently nobody else, save me, did though. There aren't many Adams fans in the younger generation, unfortunately.

Did this happen on or off the treadmill?

Good Song Tupac :aok
These answers are all good answers, but are not correct!
IHOP pancakes will do (only full size).
Wafflehouse won't work unless your boot disk is untied.
Keep trying class!
Jimson is close! 42 is also a good answer, but not the one I'm after.

I just re-read the series this winter, then not long ago I heard a news story about dolphins at Cape Cod who were intentionally beaching themselves a dying. I couldn't help but think of "So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish" and wonder how this fits into the Dolphins master plan. :headscratch:

42 was not correct because that would be 9x7
And if they don't get the enjoyment of a write who writes a four book trilogy, their loss. Some of the best books I ever read. His Dirk Gently series was a bit off as well, I enjoyed "The Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul". At least I think that was the title. Benn a VERY long time.
