Title: Why can't I download missions?

Hello everyone, I'm new to aces high so bear with me please. :old:
 
I saw that i could download missions earlier so i thought i would try Coogn's WWI fighter mission. well, i got the map "grinder" but I am not good at computers so i couldn't find out how to use the the .Rar system. If you could, please give me detailed steps to take to download this mission. thanks for your help!

You need to extract those files. If you don't have a program that can do that then you might try

that does not help when I clicked the all it did is show me sothing with the EXE and some other thing please explain more to me

After you download the mission, go to the location that you saved it. Right click on the RAR file and
select 'extract file here'. Then all you have to do is move the files to the proper folders. There's a
 document in the downloaded mission that contains the installation instructions.
