Title: Stuttering issue......Solved

Been having quite a bit of stuttering. I tried adjusting the sound and deleting programs recently installed. Played with the video card, adjusting settings and textures. Looked at my CPU usage at desktop. Got rid of Turbo boost and so on. Then I got disconnected. That got me to thinking. Is it my connection? So I unplugged my modem and then plugged it back in. Fixed it!

that's what I do.  your computer shouldnt have any lag.
