Title: Successful Maiden of the Gee Bee R3

This thing is smokin fast and we are only at 3/4 throttle. Engine is new and isn't broke in yet.

You fly at Charlotte? I fly a Central Carolina RC.

Engine doesnt idle good yet. Need run it a little more :)

 Gee Bee's have been a fav of mine for a long time! Your RC doesnt quite have the lines of the real thing but it's close,it's real fast too.

    Years ago I used to race them in a sim,liked to run the wheels on the water when river racing. :devil

You might be refering to the R1 super sportster. Short fat little racer. This is the R3. It was never built as a real airplane but it was so cool the model industry couldn't wait to make it.

 R3,never seen or heard of it before,learn something new everyday!      Your right it is cool looking and like I said it's fast.
