Not true..some of us eat chitlins. Ya gotta boil the krap out of them, change the water bout 3 times, then dip them in egg batter, flour and deep fry. UUUUMMMM.....Oh yeah, usually start drinking beer before you start boiling them. By the time they are done, it's all good.

How do you get the smell out of kidneys?

Oh yeah, to op Aussie pie .........good stuff.

I`ve eaten tripe, liver , kidneys, brain, sweatbreads, tongue, heart, haggis (lots offal , heart liver & lungs)chopped up with oatmeal spices etc in a sheep stomach .
In my book if someone else eats it I can dam well give it a try...ya never know what you`ll like till you tried it. I respect food so using the entire animal makes the use of it worthwhile...it would be a crime not to use it all...nose to tail eatin rocks..
