Title: Fairly pathetic cry for attention from HTC :)

Just wondering if HTC would care to check their support email box, I sent a mail that should take about 30 seconds to answer, but nothing after 3 1/2 hours - I know, I know, I'm impatient  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
