Waste of money in my opinion.  I've told my wife to deal with my body in whatever the cheapest way possible is when I'm gone.  Use the money for something that she and the kids can enjoy.  I would rather they remembered me by having fun, not by putting me in a fancy box that nobody will ever see again.  I won't notice the difference anyway, I won't be there.

so its the coffin causing the death?  :headscratch:      if so, i'd rather die from eating a burger or some chicken wings.     much tastier  :devil

We buried my grandfather in a casket very similar to one of these:  http://www.veterancaskets.com/store/air-force-casket.html

There were some minor differences, but otherwise very similar.

My grandpa always said to put him in a "pine box".  Of course Grandma didn't let it happen when the time came lol.
