Title: waypoint touches land (cv 10 miles offshore cant change or edit waypoints)

am unable to edit waypoints in new TE. says waypoint touches land. have deleted old waypoints and even moved a cv 50 miles offshore but still "waypoint touches land"

am able to add a waypoint in game after building but not in the TE.

I'm compiling a list of errors with the newest editor(s) version to post in the bugs forum.  Up to 5 right now.  I'll try to duplicate what is happening to you here & if I get the same results I'll add it to the list. :salute

I'd hoped to tag my list onto the end yours Ranger, but wanted to get them out there for HT.
