Is is a Rock River (http://tinyurl.com/7krgxxk) and since I shoot long guns left handed I added ambi safety and mag release, will get an ambi charging handle in the near future. With a little luck will hit the range on Monday to start breaking her in.

Rock River is running a sale on some of their LAR-15s. (AR-15/M-4)

How does that work, you put a clip in the mag? Our the clip it's just how you get the bullets, you have to detach them and load the mag one by one? :headscratch:

Frenchy,
Look at pic 1. See the little grey object by the stock to the left of the pistol grip right under the collapsing stock pin? That is the stripper clip adapter. It fits on the back of the mag and the stripper clip is inserted on the top. It would be turned 90 degrees to the right from where you see it now and it fits over the back edge of the magazine. Then you just zip all 10 rounds into the mag in about 1 second.

Understood ... Cool! Ki have to look if there's such an add on for my AK

Here's a video showing the clips being used to load a magazine. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZqq0B-93vc&feature=related)

Nice.
The mag reload looks just like the old gatling guns that reloaded a box at a time.

And Colmbo can always have his weapon setup to fire .458 rounds.

I'm actually pretty interested in the .308 version.

.308 is a badass round too. No doubt .223 is effective against the living but some one-upper always has to bring up the living dead angle.
I think this is my favorite of the new school personal weapons.

no I was saying "what the hell is it" :D

Hit the range today -- I am very happy with my rifle. A 1.5" group at 50 yards isn't Hathcock quality but I'll have you ducking for cover. :D
