went to get on game and my account has been locked, why ??

Actually, for quicker response to account related issues, Carrie is who you want to deal with (billing@hitechcreations.com).

I was astounded and sad when I asked Carrie what her handle was.

She said she had no handle.

This needs to be rectified.
