Tracer this is your processor
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 235e 2.7 GHz
and specs on that processor..

It doesnt seem that bad but you need to upgrade your PSU and get a better video card, onboard vid cards do not play well with AH.
I might reccommend this one if you dont want to spens alot of money.

Otherwise I would say get ahold of Rich at TD Computers and give him a shout.

A picture of a computer doesn't help at all.
LawnDart gave you good answers, what don't you like about his answer?

No.. your biggest problem is the integrated graphics. While the NVidia 6150SE is better than most integrated Intel graphics many computers use it's still nowhere near powerful enough to support Aces High II in its full potential.
However if you crank the graphics settings down (way down) you may be able to see decent performance with that system.

You asked for processor information on your computer, DirtDarts first link

shows you what you have for a processor. If you want to know the specs of your computer you can go here,

This is a refurbished computer, and funny thing the picture looks like yours!
If you want to know what you could add to make your computer run graphics better, you can use the second link DirtDart provided...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121435
which is a graphics card that will fit your computer. The next problem you run into is the powersupply you have in your computer (please check the second link provided) is only 300 watts and when you add a bigger graphics card it needs more power.... at least a 450 watt unit.

Tracer what you have is a very nice "soccer mom" computer that will do what 99% of its buyers expect it to do. What it wasn't designed for is graphics intense gaming...hence the integrated graphics card. Obviousely you know how far you can push the AH graphic settings. I'd suggest you try to live with that. You admit to being in the dark when it comes to computers. As others point out, to boost graphics you'll need a dedicated grapx card, which in turn will require a more powerful power supply. Those two componants alone will run you about $300. Does your emachine have a PCI slot for the card? It may or may not. Will the new power supply be compatable? It may or may not.
My .02 cents, save some money and build your own gaming rig or have someone build you one. Rich (TD Computers) has built quite a few for AH players and will work within a reasonable budget. Modding out your emachine is risky and not very effecient from a cost point of view. Think of throwing a Hemi into a Prius :D I built a desktop a few years back for less than $1k (including Windows OS) and it still max's out a frame rate of 60 at peak AH graphx settings.
