I e-mailed HTC technical support with a potential issue and asking where to send some film for them to review. I e-mailed 'em Monday, it bounced back, sent an e-mail to the same address Tuesday evening and have not heard back. I sent my e-mail to support@hitechcreations.com. This is the correct address, right?

That's the address posted in the support section of the home page.

We always turn email around with one business day, after we get it. Depending on the ISP, I have seen it take days to deliver an email.
Generally speaking, if you do not hear from us, within 48 hours of sending an email, you can assume we did not get it or there is a delay with the ISP (Yahoo can take up to a week to accept an email from us, as an example).
