Title: 6 Fuel Tanks Destroyed = %100 max fuel???

Trinity Map.  A230.  Medium field.  I just witnessed 6 destroyed fuel tanks (I destroyed 4 of them and Qbert got the other 2), and the report is showing "%100 fuel".  Shouldn't it be %75 max upon fuel tank #4 being destroyed???
