Title: Custom Arena BUG?

I tried to create a Custom Arena and I had A popup Saying All arenas Full when I was Creating an arena And I don't Know how to take Screen shot otherwise A would Have one I don't if this is a bug or if a did something wrong.  :headscratch:

Aces High limits the number of custom arenas that can be active at any time.  You get this message when that limit has been reached.

There was only 1 arena in operation so is that the Limit? :huh
