You've been here long enough to know these are the only kind of pictures your going to get until they are ready.

Actually, sometimes those critiques can save the need for revisions later on. Witness the recent problems with the P-40's tire size fuselage shapes as initially released.

I recall a few others, also. Minor fixes, but fixes nonetheless. P-39 had some graphical errors, for example, and were spotted in the preview screenshots.

it was actually very popular in Air Warrior, too, which predates both Il-2 and AH. :old:

I think Blizzard Entertainment and their community reps coined it a very very long time ago, as far as development/patch releases/progress, copying it from the movie Money Pit.
